Over the past seven years, I’ve served as CHRO for mid-sized organizations, delivering value by aligning talent strategies with business objectives, building and scaling HR functions, strengthening leadership, and creating workplaces where employees thrive and companies succeed.

Talent Solutions, I partner with companies to bridge the gap between strategic goals and workforce engagement—because financial success and an engaged workforce are not mutually exclusive. I recently completed Wharton’s Executive Education CHRO Program, further enhancing my ability to drive impact at the highest levels.
